Stalling problem

So my 7.3 has been throwing a 0344 code. Took it to the shop got cam sensor changed twice got the pigtail from the cam sensor replaced and they said that the wiring harness for the PCM is not available anymore. But the thing is the only time will throw the code or stall out is when its raining so I checked all the connections and they were all dry..... anyone know what could be going on?

Oem sensor?
Had co-worker put autozone cps in when he turns on his wipers the truck acts up, replaced with oem problem stopped

^^^^What he said. OEM only way to go on the cam sensor.
