Cummins talk!
So I'm toying with the idea of a Cummins swap and was wondering what kind of mileage you guys that have swapped them are getting. Also if you could post what kind of mods you've done and really any kind of first hand experience on this swap that would be great. Thanks in advance.

I currently average across the board 15 mpg's. Now this includes in town, highway and traffic. If I keep my foot out of it I get a solid 18 total average.
Keep in mind I am no where near stock. I have an Rv cam, A maxed out #10 fuel plate and afc, D-tech 62 turbo pushing 40 psi, and 5x.012 sac injectors. If I go back to near stock I'm pretty sure I could push 20 mpg's.

Can't say how it would do in a swap, but my 07 5.9 dodge truck with a G-56 and EFI Live never gets better than 18-19, and that's at 55 mph. Around town or towing it gets closer to 12. 4wd, 4:10 gears.
