Is Ford Chat down for you guys? Not getting the "button" on Build & Price.

 

They are based in Florida. There is a Hurricane.

is chat available sunday? what are the hours?

 

Pretty sure they have off.

 

I've been trying for a few days and even when I see a chat button it tells me that they are either busy with another customer or to try again during regular hours. It says the regular hours are something like 10-10 mon-sat.

Has anyone ever tried this to track their vehicle? It didn't work for me. I am in Canada so I assume that is why.

Cotus has never worked for me.

 

There is a reason I always spell it with an"i". (between the o and t)

 

didnt work forf me either

 

Chat worked for me Thursday & Friday but information was old. Truck built 10/12, chat shows in processing still.

Cotus has NEVER worked or found the vin in my case.

ETIS is updated and shows built 10/12/16 with all options listed (some not accurate with the window sticker).
