Finally had some time yesterday and worked on the truck. Got the last pin out of the passenger door after two hours. Now have the doors off and the 6 bolts (I hope it is only 6) that hold the cab on off. Will build a hoist from the beam above and try and get it lifted off later this week.
Okay, not really looking over everything. Went to pull the frame out from under the cab and the cab was moving with it. I forgot to do the pedals and the emergency brake line. Did those and:
Ordered TCI suspension, they say it's about 6 to 8 weeks out. So looks like that part is on hold for a bit. Will start on the body work until it shows up.
