You're making lots of changes, Randy. What's wrong with your current setup?
Absolutely nothing is wrong with it, but we'd both like a little more space... and all on one level.

We may take more time than most to figure out what we want vs. what we need..
As far as campers go, we've done everything from a Pickup Camper to what we have now. Throw in a couple of Class-A diesels to fill in the middle.
I have no idea what our Toy Hauler is worth. It's in doggoned good condition and is not representative of what other 2008 Campers are - more like something that's just a few years old overall..
We really like the RV Park we're in - but not so much that we want to put down a relatively permanent anchor by buying a park model..
I can still drag a destination trailer with the pickup truck...

Good luck! I had my in-laws 5vr at my place all summer trying to sell it and no luck. That camper is a little like yours as in the company is no longer in business but the camper was in great shape and not thing wrong with it and about the same vintage. Couldn't sell it no matter what. Kept dropping the price an no luck. Finally took it back to my inlaws and they can deal with it now. Really surprised me it didn't sell for as good as shape as it is in. Trouble is anyone can get a brand new camper these days and get loans for them easier then the used ones so why not go new.

Ahh that is the wimpy way of doing it. I like to live on the edge! Haha
I remember seeing that video a few months ago. Participating isn't my idea of a good time, but looks fun to watch. I have a few coworkers I'd like to see play that game.

I consider myself VERY, VERY fortunate to have sold our old camper when I did. Getting full asking price which didn't hurt either.
It was listed for months and every couple weeks I'd drop $500 off the price. Finally found a buyer that knew exactly what they wanted and I just happened to have it.
