2008 f650 dpf delete
Our f650 with the c7 acert has been in and out of the local ford dealership for the last few months. We have thrown more than 5k at it with no success in getting it repaired. Now they tell me we need a new dpf at a cost of $4700 on a truck with 17,000 miles on it. I've located a company out of Florida that will reprogram our ecm to delete the dpf for under a grand. I'm not excited about their response to delete the filter itself. They told me to just drill holes in it. Is there a delete pipe I can buy or can I remove the filter? I'm told it's 3 pieces that come apart.
