O.K. Thanks. I don't see anywhere it would go into the main plug. One of the metal contacts must be missing. Come to think of it, when I pulled the dash out, that wire was attached to the bulb with electricians tape.

All your bulbs appear to be in place in the cluster. Untwist the center one and see if the bulb is bad. I don't know why you would have a loose bulb and socket taped to a wire. That socket is meant to be twisted into the cluster. Sometimes those contacts can get dirty, and the light doesn't work. You can clean them with a pencil eraser.
