Paint ?
I have a good sprayer and a good compresser and im planing on painting the truck my self . My ? is if i use metal flake paint do i need a special sprayer or tip to spray it with ?

All I can say is practice on a bunch of scrap metal before hitting the truck with it. I painted the entire box on our Dump Truck last year with metal flake paint to match the cab and I don't know if it was the mix or what but one side turned out way better than the other.

thanks for the reply Carlene .Never did alot of painting , figure i might give it a shot..lol . not sure if im going to get a premix or what just kinda checking around...thanks

If you want a good looking job, go with the premix.
Putting a multi-stage metal flake on and making it look good is a true art. Not to mention, when it comes time to do a touchup, a multi-stage job is near impossible to match.
