Servicing/Replacing washer sprayers

For the past couple years my 1999 F150 hasn't had working sprayers for the windshield. During the time my dad thought it was a bad washer fluid pump but it would still work. Up until today we didn't know what it was until I decided to look at it more closely. The original pump still works as intended and pumps fluid out like it should. I "cleaned" out the plastic 90* elbow at the passenger side Tee fitting just below the sprayer (blew through it and cleaned out with a sewing needle), just to figure out it was the sprayers on the hood that are either gummed up or bad.

How do you take the sprayers off the hood to service them or replace them? The Chiltons I have is useless in this matter.

There's 2 tabs on each side of the sprayer that need to be pushed in to remove them.

I bought a pair on e-bay for $20. when you get them it is more obvious how the come out. as mentioned, two tabs you squeeze and push thru the hole.
