Decode the build date from ETIS

Well I plugged my VIN into ETIS this afternoon (I am bored..) and got data back for the first time...

Build Date: 30.11.0002

What is the secret to decoding this?

That it's not been built. It will update with the proper date only after your truck has been built.

Ok -didn't realize that was a placeholder. I thought it was some time of strange week/month encoding scheme.
