E40d after certain temp hard shifts

I have a 1995 f-350 with a 7.3L powerstroke. So here is what is going on. Had the stock transmission and TC replaced with a trc built transmission. Replaced speed censors and have a new rear main seal. The issue is once the trans temp gauge gets above 132 degrees F its at any temp it will go into hard shifting and limp mode. OD will flash and it can stop flashing and go back to normal. Keep in mind this was happening with the stock transmission and TC. The truck runs perfect until these temps. The pcm has been read and re flashed. I need it to end since winter is coming and I have to plow and use the truck for working. Can someone please help.

To fix this you're going to need the codes that are stored in the computer.

The truck does not have any codes that are being thrown and we have brought it to the ford dealer and they could not find any codes either. The truck just a couple hours ago did this and I believe it was due to TC over slipping. It has a brand new built HD TC in it and the new transmission and no problems solved yet. Are there any sensors I can check to the TC?

When the OD light flashes codes are stored in the computer. I don't know why you can't read them, but without the codes all I can really tell you is that something is wrong.

Slip across the torque converter in an E4OD is calculated from engine speed and vehicle speed. Those are the only two sensors used.
