302 idler wheel

I don't know if their is a idler wheel made to replace air pump on 1989 302 I need to get one

You should be able to just bypass the pump with a shorter belt:

Be aware that those air pumps are fickle. If it's left idle for a long time, it tends to seize up. So if you ever need to use it again, you will have to get a new one.

You right it froze up allready took it apart cleaned sprayed with PB blaster

For my build I wanted to delete mine as I removed all the emissions anyway, but instead of shelling out for an idler I just lubed it up and left it on; don't have to fiddle with belts and such and its hardly visible from above anyhow.

Just some food for thought...
