dash and tail lights not working

dash and tail lights not working
first let first let me start off by saying if this is already been brought up I'm sorry I couldn't find a post about it (on my phone searching is a challenge)
In any case I have a 2002 f250 super duty 7.3 and I don't have any dash lights or tail lights all of the sudden my headlights come on and work fine my brake lights work fine and my turn signals work fine just know running or dash lights
Backstory. It happened after trying to jump start a semi truck I'm not sure if it happened when i hooked up too his batteries or after pull startibg him when he slammed on his breaks (not sure why he did that but ya after his rig started he immediately slammed on his breaks)
I have replaced the headlight switch as well as checked the fuses (35 & 41) to no avail. Is there a relay that I'm not aware of? Anyways not sure where to go from here after replacing the headlight switch and it not working

Hope it helps, I also remember having to replace a lot of fuses under the dash, Fuse 17, 19, 21, 34, 35, there was also a few in the single digits but I don't remember the numbers.
