1995 f250 7.3 power stroke

I was looking at possibly buying a 95 power stroke. The guy says he replaced glow plugs and a brand new turbo. Still says it has running issues as well as a broken front axle shaft. Says it runs rough and has a low lcp code. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

injector orings might need replacing, IPR need rbuild or replace, IPC might be bad, HPOP could be worn, wrong engine oil might be used, air in system, starter not cranking fast enough
A ODBII scanner would be helpful but you need to get the right kind to narrow the issue and a 4000 PSI gauge could come in handy.

Axle shaft can be replaced but there could be other damage

If he broke an axle, I feel like that truck was rode hard and put away wet.... She might be a bigger problem than she's worth
