thanks Mike,Carpenter showed the push plastic with rigid teeth,plus the rubber insulation anchors,,,its almost like you have to order this firewall cover with pvc,,to find out you dont have the right anchors,,thanks again

The Ford parts catalog shows this one, p/n C8ZZ-6501691-A was used 75-79

That's the ones that were in my 78. Lube em up with some armor all, put a dull Philips screwdriver in them and they pushed right in.
