E40D shift issue

E40D shift issue
My '91 F350, 7.3, automatic is developing a hesitation shifting from 2 to 3. The engine doesn't rev up like a true slip condition, just a very long shift. Has about 30K on the last fluid & filter change. Any known issues causing this?

Our trucks have the 4R100 in them but Mark K may well have the answer to your question(s).

I thought it was the trans I listed. Of course, I just noticed I posted in the Power Stroke section - sorry.
