My truck has the 18X8 on the front with a +30mm offset and a 1.25" adapter and a 18x10 with a +45mm offset and a 1.25" adapter on the rear.
My truck is 64 F-100 on a 1975 F-150 frame and I rolled my fender lip over and have 3/4" clearance on the rear outside edge. Front is flush but it sits at a 12" rocker height so it works.
I think you maybe ok on the rear as the flange to flange measurement is shorter on the bumpside than a 1975 9" rear.
Guess you will be waiting to see but I think you'll be ok.
