Weird stalling

Alrighty guys, so I'm sure some of you are familiar with the "6 liter tune up."
Well I did this to my 88 5.0 last night and it really opened it up and did the trick, the only issue I'm having is it will stall randomly, and won't restart unless I pull the negative battery cable for ten seconds. has anyone else had this issue? I haven't checked to see if any DTCs were set when this happens, but I was just curious if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks!

Try to pinpoint the moment the stall is happening, it might be unrelated. If you replaced the coil as part of the tune-up, put the old coil back in and see if the problem persist, if it doesn't, you now know your new coil isn't good.
