AWOL

On 13 JUL '16 we ordered a 2017 F250 SRW XLT 4x4 Long Bed SuperCab. We were given the Vehicle Order Confirmation by our dealer & have not been able to find the order in the system using the order number 1000, the dealer number & our name all of which appear on the Vehicle Order. How best can we determine the status of our order that we might get a VIN to come up with BUILD date & an ETA?

Use the Ford chat feature on the Ford website and ask there. They can look it up for you. Or call your dealer and ask them; they have access as well.

Call your dealer and ask what's up. They get the report every Thursday.

Went thru same with my last dealer, turns out my dealer did NOT put the order in my name, but the dealers name, I finally got the right order number, but it irked me that the truck was not in my name...their reason was that people back out on their orders and they did not want another customer to question why it had a name on the window sticker other than the dealers...
