I just recently bought a 2002 F-350, with the legendary 7.3 powerstroke with ONLY 56K MILES!!
Its all stock for now... but i dont know what mods to put on it...
heres what im thinking...
1. DP Tuner (which one should I get?)
2. 5 inch MBRP straight pipe
3. aFe intake
4. 160cc injectors? Should I?
5. I dont think so but bigger turbo? Garrett?
I want a tuner that I can have a bunch of tunes on at once and one that I can hook up to a dial on the dash.
I do like my DP-Tuner F6/infinity setup. I currently don't have the time to fully write my experiences as I'm heading back to work off lunch, but am more than happy to share them with you this evening when I get off.
You should identify your HP goals to begin with, and then work backwards from there to identify the requisite supporting mods for air (turbo, IC, plenums, etc.), fuel (pump, filtration, line size, port fittings, regulated return, etc.), oil (HPOP, head fittings, LPOP, etc.), exhaust (i.e. up pipes, down pipe, exhaust piping, etc.), and tuning.
Back when Pinnacle Exhaust was still in the business, their racing design teams found that it's all about managing exhaust velocity, and if you increase diameter too much you will actually end up with an increase in internal back pressure within the exhaust system. Unless you're going after really high horses (i.e. in excess of something like 500 HP), a 4" system will actually perform much better for you.

I KNEW I FORGOT SOMETHING! Gauges.... definitely a must

Alright. Im not really looking for any big power gains, I just want a really deep throaty sounding diesel and when needed, blow some coal on my friends prius
Anything over 4" on the exhaust is just appearance. It breathes more than enough with 4" even with go-fast parts. I have MBRP's 4" T-409 turbo-back and I'll tell you that I have no idea how you fit 5" in there. My downpipe b-a-r-e-l-y fits (luckily I already had the turbo out and the up-pipes off when I dropped in the new downpipe...Sous wasn't so lucky). I've had to make a couple of adjustments as it is within about 1/16" of rubbing on my transmission return line (it does rub on the plastic transmission shield). You can get a 75" tip if you feel the need to compensate (mine is a 5" tip) but 4" pipe should do you just fine.

Thanks Guys
If you are wanting to have switch-on-the-fly, you will want to run one of our chips (either F5 or F6). Both of them can have a switch mounted on the dash for you to toggle between tunes with. Check the F5 out HERE, and the F6 out HERE.
The rest of your mods sound good, and you can actually find that stuff on our site too.
I would hold off on the larger injectors and turbo for now, and invest in a set of gauges. If you are not satisfied with the power the tuner, intake, and exhaust gives you, then look into larger injectors. Or wait until your stock injectors are worn out, then upgrade when replacing.
Let me know if you have any questions. Would be happy to help you out.
