Just got everything replaced on the front end and put back together, let the truck down, rolled it back and forth and the tires are kicked way out at the top,I thought I had the adjuster about half way but I guess they turned on me,do I need to loosen both upper and lower ball joints to turn the adjuster?
Not really knowing the adjuster you talk about I would say just the one the adjuster is on.
The other one the spindle should pivot on so don't think it would need to be loosen.
I know on older cars where they had adjustments that's how it worked.

I put new "load levling" stock ride Moog springs on my truck along with some Bilsteins on the front and back, I have a little tiny bit, like 1 degree, maybe 2, of negative camber. Have not yet done ball joints
Our trucks use camber bushings for correction, correct? You have adjustable camber bushings that your using? Just trying to get an understandable as I'll be playing with this soon too.
If it's not too bad and you think you can make it to the alignment place, just let them do it. If you want to move them you will have to take the cotter pin out, loosen the nut and bust the balljoint loose again(don't take the nut all the way off, just a few threads) and turn it.
Get ready, the alignment people charge a lot to get these trucks aligned. If you go somewhere and they say $40 they are only going to set the toe and you need more than that.
OK got it turned out as much as I could they were really bad I'll check with the man who said he would align it and make sure he does everything correctly he told me 65 but I'll ask him about all of it thanks everybody
