I spoke to a former Ford summer intern. Although he was dismissed over some irregularities in Ford's website, he claims to have first hand knowledge on weight ratings and would only allow me to repeat this under condition of anonymity. Thankfully, he was able to clear some things up and this is all starting to make sense now.
The recently leaked SRW F450 will launch as part of job 2. It features the wide track front axle for improved turning radius, but will only have the inner two tires of the dually setup, allowing the use of the same deep dish wheels front and rear. This also means that there will be no dually fender bulge. The GVWR will be somewhere around 12,500-13,000 lbs.
Separately, Ford will offer three different RAWRs for the DWR F350, 9900lbs, 10,300lbs and TBD. Much like the difference between full GVWR and derated packages (or the F250/F350 for the most part) is merely a paper game, the TBD RAWR will allow customers who order their truck from Ford to name their own RAWR. Dealers will choose between 10,300 and 9,900 for their lots. I'll personally be choosing 14,000 for my RAWR as this will allow me to legally do wheelies on the scale while fully loaded - that is if I don't opt for the SRW F450.
