Yes, they all got the hitch as part of the Fed crash stuff because the EX is a car, not a truck. but there was an actual towing package, not sure what all it included besides the bigger mirrors and maybe rear bar on later rigs, the trans coolers were all engine specific and didn't increase with the tow package. And the springs didn't get a towing increase.....
