Hi everybody,
I am new here and am really excited to talk about trucks. I talk to my wife a lot but it is like her talking about shopping. She does not understand why I work on my truck when nothing is wrong or why i need all the extra's that you can get for them now. I also have a question, I have an F-250 superduty 7.3 diesel, and i want to put a lift kit on it. I would like to know which one is the best for the job. I would like it done right but do not want to pay for a name. And will 36'' tires fit on there with a 4" lift or are 35" as big as i can go? The 4" lift is a big as I want to go so any info would be helpful. Thanks and I think I will like this site.
Rancho has a 4" kit for about 700.00. They are several other companies out there that offer lift kits at affordable prices. As for tires, I have checked with several different tire size guides, and all say 4" lift with a maximum tire size of 35. Welcome to FTE!

Here we go again, It depends on rim size. Don't believe everything you read. I'm good freinds with the tire guy and after an afternoon of trying different tires on my rims I ended up with 37s. and no they don't rub (check gallery for pics) But I couldn't use any wider than a 9" rim. Now I don't know if there's a big hieght difference between 250s and 350s but I can't imagine 35s not fitting with at most a leveling kit. Unless you just want all that lift.
