If nothing works including headlights, you probably have a dead battery. That's the first thing to check. Put it on a charger overnight and then have it load tested before trying to use it, may be defective. Don't **** around with jump starting, install a fully charged battery.
I've put a jump box to it and let it charge and still nothing the battery is fine
A real charger that plugs into the wall, or one of those portable deals kept in the trunk of a car? Have to be clear and concise, the people trying to help aren't there to look at your truck and we don't know your skill level or experience.
If you have a fully charged, serviceable battery installed, and aren't getting anything, no headlights etc - it should be fairly easy to fix because it's either at the battery itself or a major connection.
Use your voltmeter to trace from the battery back and see where, something is loose or disconnected.
My jump box puts out 12v and 225amps and yes I have a battery charger that plugs into the way. It's not my battery if anything I do believe it's my cables like all the other people have been suggesting But I wouldn't know today cause I'm out on a job right now and won't be home till later.
