So I stalled pretty rough after stopping, it happens, and immediately I tried to start back up. I had no power, and no ignition. I pushed myself out of the way, and my friend tried jumping me, nope, just a click and then lost power. Tried bypassing the battery with the cables, nope.
We tried push starting it, just a click.
I checked the red inertia control button it's depressed, like me.
Please help

Tell us more about how your 3.0L is equipped & it's history.
Is this a manual or auto tranny?
Is it a flex fuel 3.0L?
Is it a regular cab, extended cab, or 4door cab?
Has it been acting out before this shut down problem?
Any repairs recently done?
Do the headlights come on & remain bright when you try to crank the engine?
Do the dash warning lights come on & go through their self test & turn off, or is the dash dark at KOEO? If the CEL comes on & goes through it's self check, does it remain on? If so, come by a code reader, or scantool & have it query the engine computer for trouble code clues & post All code Numbers.
Have you performed any state of charge tests on the battery, or voltage drop tests across the battery, battery cables that would indicate a faulty cable run, or connection?
At KOEO can you hear the fuel pump run for a couple of seconds & cut off?
