Welcome to FTE.
When you say it won't start, do you mean the starter motor won't crank the engine, or that the engine cranks, but won't run????
Did the problem come about after some event????
Are you certain the battery is up to full charge & All of the battery cable connections on Both ends to the engine, body, under hood power distribution box & starter motor are clean bright & tight????

engine cranks but wont start.new battery.problem started about a year ago. truck would start after couple days run fine.problem would reoccur couple months later.with no key in ignition if i turn on lights all buzzers go off

You may have more than one problem. Use your code reader to pull any stored trouble codes & post All code Numbers.
Time to begin with the basics, do a no load & under load voltage test on the battery. Then clean & inspect All of the battery cable connections on Both ends & make sure All connections are clean, bright & tight. No corrosion where the battery cable wire strands fasten to its end lugs, or the lugs connection points. It is especially important that the battery to engine & body ground connections be sound. If you suspect a connection or cable, perform voltage drop testing on the suspect.
Does the engine crank slow & or do the dash lights dim a good bit when you crank the engine????
When it does this with the key out of the ignition, what happens if you wiggle/turn the ignition switch????
