wipers dont work
I checked the 2 relays in eng compartment, they click. I unplugged the wiper motor plug, with the key on, the #1 contact 0v, the 2nd contact hot with key on and no change when I move spd control, 3rd contact 0v, 4th contact 0v, 5th contact hot only on spd control on hi. NEED HELP
