Windshield wipers, again

OK, I have several problems with the windshield wipers on my 99 EB Explorer. The front wipers aren't working at all. The pump for the washer fluid isn't working, and the wipers don't come on when I push that in either. I am guessing it is the switch, because of the multitude of problems with the same local (aka only the directional lights work off of the rod coming off the left of the steering column) but I have no really have no idea.

Problem two
The rear windshield wiper only works when it is less than 50 degrees out. Any ideas.

Thanks for any help.

i would start by checking the fuse panel.... your owners manual has a list of which fuses control what... that maybe your problem

That is the same fuse as with the cruise control switches, I checked the fuse, looks OK, I'll switch it tonight to double check.

Check all the relays also... there are a lot of them in the main power distribution box under the hood. For example, there are two for the rear wiper alone... one for up and one for down. There are a number of identical relays so, if there is one that is working for a known part, i.e. the fuel pump and horn, swap them for the ones that are for the rear wiper.
