buzzed
maybe time for new dealer
you would need to know what these circuts have in common maybe they share a harness IDK or Cluster issue
Sounds like Limp mode it goes into
What recent work has been done Last 5K say
instrument cluster. The tiny wares can get damaged and cause problems.
When it misbehaving can you get the cluster to do a self test and sweep all
the needles?
If you happen to have the message center then you need to use this set
of instructions found here. >>>

Instrument Cluster Self-Diagnostic Mode
To enter the instrument cluster self-diagnostic mode with the ignition key in the OFF position, press and hold the
odometer/trip reset button (except message center cluster) or simultaneously press and hold the message center
RESET and SETUP buttons (message center cluster). Turn the key to the RUN position and hold until the display
indicates TEST, usually within 3 to 5 seconds. Press the RESET button once to advance through each stage of the self-test.
To exit the instrument cluster self-test mode, turn the ignition to the OFF position. If no DTCs related to the concern are retrieved
