Where do you get your parts? I'm prepairing to tackle some front end work. Ball Joints, u joints, needle bearings, seals and hub work. Put together a spread sheet to compare prices between O'Reilys, Rockauto and Amazon for starters. I couldn't believe how much difference there is. WOW!!
Napa has the best parts and warranty out of any of the chain stores I've dealt with when it comes to parts like starters, alternators, etc. Full lifetime warranty, no receipt needed and doesn't matter if you bought the part. If it says Napa, they will replace it for free.
Motorcraft is also a top choice for me too. Factory ball joints on my bronco lasted 180k miles and the Moog replacements lasted 30k. It's getting motorcraft this time.
Wal mart usually has the best price for filters and fluids around here.
I used to buy most everything from RockAuto, but a couple years ago their shipping costs went a little crazy. Not everything all the time, but a lot of stuff, especially if different pieces of the order have to come from different locations. So I still price things through them, but I check other places as well, including local. I have Amazon Prime, so often even higher prices using Prime end up cheaper once the shipping is added. For example just ordered some exhaust pieces for my SD - same parts exactly, parts prices were higher on Amazon, but saved over $60 using Prime over RockAuto. YMMV...
XRF balljoints, save the box for 1 million mile warranty. They have grease zerks!
Took me a while to find the US seller, americanmotorcar or something like that.

FICMrepair has then. The track bar ball joint I just installed came from them.
