Front end alignment
I just had my 250 aligned and the tech said he couldn't get it exactly correct because it is missing some "cams". Anyone know what these "cams" are? if they are neccessary? and where to get them?

they are refering to the cambered spacers that go on top of the top ball joint to make camber adjustments.... take it to a more reputable place and they should hook you up... try going to a place that works on semi's and big rigs, they always have equipment that can handle the big superduty.

There is a company called Engells that make all the cams for pretty much ever car or truck on the road... Try a web search for engells or some differnt spellings that sound the same... Use alignment cams as well in your search...

Front end alignment
I would hope my 02 sd would not be so far out it needed ball joint spacers! Older F250's with TTB needed cams, but a new straight axle? I would get A second opinion, if the same, go back to the dealer.
