2" Leveling Kit

I'm gonna take a chance on getting flamed with this question, but my Google-Fu is coming up short.

My '76 F150 already has a small (exact amount undetermined) lift, but I'd like to level out the front with some 2" coil spacers. I'm not having any luck finding em...the earliest I can find are M.Y. 1980. Are they the same?

I'd rather not spend the dough on 2" lift springs only to find out that's what's already on it. I have to assume that the front coils have been changed because I found some crusty, presumably stock, coils behind the seat. The P.O. was real light on knowledge (clueless) about what had been done to the truck 'cept to say it had a Rancho suspension...gee, thanks.

I find leveling kits and coil spacers for just about every truck on the planet except for 73-79 Ford. In the pic you can see where I could use another 2" up front (HA...couldn't we all?)

Spacers are relatively a new thing for newer trucks because they use an assembly consisting of both the coil spring and shock absorber.

These trucks were built to work and that's why they have a raked stance from the factory.

Welcome to old school.. JBG has a "leveling" kit.

measure the distance from the axle centerline to the bottom of the fender on your truck...then ask someone else with a stock 1/2 ton to do the same and compare notes.

Also look at the back of your truck...stock leafs with aftermarket block?

Measure the block.
