2002 Excursion 7.3 diesel has been starting fine and started fine Friday. Took it to town in the pouring rain so lots of standing water in the road that was driven through. Get in it yesterday and it will turn over but won't fully crank. Weird thing is interior lights stay on (which I'm sure drained battery). Jumped it off and lights stay on even when running and all doors/hatch shut good. Diablo Predator shows codes P1670, 0381, 0672, 0676, 0678. Glow plugs changed last year (code cleared but keeps showing up). Get in it this morning and same thing...turns over but won't crank. HELP! I need my Excursion running!!! Where do I start?

Reason: Left out year and engine info
Thanks for your input! I appreciate it greatly. I do have a small windshield leak. It does not leak every time it rains but when it does leak, it drips into the interior. Would I still need to check under the dash if it a small drip to the inside and where is computer and what signs should I look for? Sorry for the questions...Although I do a lot of research regarding issues with the EX, I am a woman so it doesn't come natural LOL!

I don't know if the 02 is the same as the earlier models but on some it is on the back side of the fuse box and the ECU is down at the drivers kick panel next to the parking brake. You are probably not going to see water on those components without tearing into the dash fairly deep but look for signs that they have been getting wet. Carpet, drips, and of course the windshield rubber.
