I know I suggested the 445 route above, mostly in fun. BUT, IMO, if you want this motor to give you reliable service, I think it should be torn down. The rounding of a cam lobe will, as I said, provide a metallic milkshake in your engine, damaging everything in its path. I bet your oil pump is pretty nasty looking, and the bearings look like the motor was put together with sand as an assembly lube.
Those pistons may be usable. You can see if they are in spec, along with the bores, once the block is cleaned.
Once you know what you have you can decide on the next step. For example, if in the unlikely event the crank is beyond turning, there's your shot at a 390.
A 390 with 9.5ish compression, properly tuned up, will use no more gas than a sloppy 360 and will turn out a solid 50 to 100 HP more.*

Pay attention to what 85e150 said here. It's all true. The bearings in the picture came out of an engine that ran a total of 20 min. with #1 intake lobe in the fail mode. Cut your oil filter open, if it hasn't been changed. You may find that it's full of metal mud.
