I have hit this before. When the MC are rebuild trash/metal shavings are sometimes not flushed out well enough causing it to tear/cut the seal inside. The trick to this is not to bottom out stroke when bleeding. This takes longer and more fluid but you don't hit the trash left in the bore.
I played this game on an 01 f350. I made the jackass mistake of installing the left caliper on the right and the left on the right. It all bolted up right but the bleed screws were on the bottom. I bled them and didn't think anything about it and fought it for a long time. Squishy pedal but it would stop. So I don't know if you messed with the calipers on the front, but check that?
