MAF Conversion - Pings, no power
I found out the KOEO will throw code 67 (neutral safety switch) which will prohibit indacating KOER codes.
So I pushed in the clutch and got...
31 - EVP - Well i deleted and disconnected the emissions so that makes sense
41 - System lean - fuel control - But my exhaust smells rich enough to burn your eyes!
91 - System running lean - fuel control - Same, my exhaust smells rich as hell
Well guys, above is the info I was trying to get to, and honestly I'm stumped. Is it possible I have no spark in a cylinder or dead injector that is pumping air through the engine and into the exhaust? I verified spark by hooking up the timing light to each plug wire and it flashed...
Any ideas where to go from here? I want to sort this out before I get the Quarterhorse...
Any help would be greatly appreciated

If your O2 sensor reading stays near 0 volts, your either lean or your O2 sensor is not working, which is causing the computer to add more fuel.
Assuming that's not the issue,
This weekend I'm first going to remove the upper manifold, and retorque the lower, pull the valve covers to retorque the heads, (check roller lifters while I'm in there), torque headers to eliminate any leaks. Note that emissions are removed and EGR removed, blocked, and plugged. While the upper is off I'll take a listen to the back toe
I'll verify voltage across the O2's and ground, then attempt to verify signal voltage.
Stay tuned...I hope to report back Sunday night.
Finally had enough miles to pulls the plugs and have a good reading. #6 plug was clean as a whistle, I mean no color what so ever. This lead me to believe that I either I had fuel and no spark, or spark and no fuel.
With engine running I put my stethoscope on the injector and heard no ticking. With my multimeter I verified voltage to the injector. I then detached the harness from the ECM and verified continuity from the connector to pin 15. I did however notice that pin 15 was recessed or pushed back into the harness/ECM connector, so I removed the red retainer, pushed it all the way in, verified the rest of the pins were good, and viola! It idles smoother, better throttle response, doesn't dump fuel, and now I have at least 15% more power!
In conclusion, the dead cylinder was just passing fresh air through the combustion chamber, unburnt, and without fuel. The lean codes I pulled now made sense. The reason I was throwing lean codes yet running rich was because of #5 passing fresh air across the O2's which read lean, and ran rich because the ECM was trying to compensate by dumping fuel. Even though I was dumping fuel there was enough oxygen being picked up by the O2's.
