starting problems after fill up

Hi guys. my 05 f150 xlt 4x4 5.4l auto truck is giving me some odd trouble. about 3 weeks ago i noticed that every once in a while i would go out and start the truck and it would immediately die. after that it would turn over for a bit before firing up again and then it would be fine. as time has gone on its developing into something a little more obvious ( im hoping) it always starts in the morning when the engine is cold and the rpms are up.

the problem is the largest when i fill the gas tank. every time i fill up the truck starts and immediately dies. after which it turns over a while then fires up and idles rough at around 300 rpsm if i give it some gas it doesn't change for a few moments and then it revs up and smooths out.

in between fillups it will do it every once in a while but never to that extreme.

little history on the truck. it was bought 2 years ago with 47k on it, has 84k on it now. since i bought it i had to replace the fuel pump driver module, the cam shaft position sensor, flex plate, and starter other than that its been as i expected from a ford a solid truck.

any ideas would really help. im stumped and it isn't kicking any codes
