Eating through tps
I feel like Im changing my tps too much. I've have changed mine at least once a year for the past 4 yrs since I got my truck and probably more than that. My latest quest has been to fix something I messed up a long time ago which is the throttle stop screw. When I first got the truck I thought my truck was idling too low so I decided to "fix" it. Now that I know what it is for I have been trying to go back and right my wrong because now I think its causing my tps sensors to go out every year. Ive been trying to set the screw by reading the voltage on my tps but I cant find what the voltage should be on a 4.9l. Can anyone help me out with this? right now my voltage starts at 1.52v and goes to about 4.0v at wot.
