TPS Voltage out of range

I put a new TPS sensor and IAC on my 1991 F150 and my book said to adjust the voltage to 1.0v on the TPS with the KOEO. The closest that I could get it was 0.96v, my question is: does it need to be 1.0v or is 0.96v close enough. The part is OEM.

It really should be less than 1 volt at closed throttle, so yes, .96 should work just fine. If it doesn't run quite right, try adjusting it down to around .9V and see if that improves things.
