The first "parts store" that I went to you'd thought I was asking for muffler barrings by the look on thier faces, but they were the only ones open at the time. But I will stop by the larger NAPA store when I get a chance and see if I have better luck.

I used a full assembly from dorman that included the stud and sleeve and had the same problem you are. I just used the door pretty consistently for a couple weeks and it came out of it and works very well now. (Just a thought if you already bought a sleeve)
