Sorry for such a mess with the thread. I do not have the title for the truck, but it should be a 1966 and I was told it has a 352. However, the block placard looks to be 390 and the bore (rough measurement) measures 4.10. I do not have the pistons out so I can't measure the stroke or can I. If I rotate the engine (clockwise) until a piston bottoms out and then measure the distance to the bring the piston back to the top, then that should be the stroke. Am I right or wrong??
Any input will be appreciated.

C3AZ-AB is the rebuilt part number used by FoMoCo authorized engine rebuilders. Long block would be: C3AZ-6012-AB .. Short block (less heads) would be: C3AZ-6009-AB
These parts numbers are only listed in the rebuilt parts catalog. Since I don't have one from this era, I cannot give you the applications.
5G13: Engine block cast July (G) 13, 1965 (5).
Fred Jones was a long time FoMoCo dealer in OK .. Still in the rebuilt parts business today located in the former FoMoCo OKC assembly plant.
Bill, I was counting on your reply to my numbers question. Your reply gave me what I needed. I just wanted to understand why I could not find C3AZ-AB in the Ford build data. Your note explains it very well. The engine was born as a 352 and went to rebuild and now it is a 390. It is great to have a resource like yourself in the forum.
