2007 6.0L deceleration

I have a 2007 6.0L 4x4 it has 225k on it. I just had it into the dealer this past week (which we just purchased end of June) they replaced back pressure sensor and #7 injector. Now when you get to about 70-75 on incline it is decelerating and hesitate and looses some of its power. Any ideas?

Turbo maybe... Only happens on an incline? Runs fine the rest of the time?

It's hit and miss it's not doing in constantly. Shouldn't be turbo was replaced it about 1k ago. Been told to check fuel filters.

When was the last time both fuel filters were changed?

Have you scanned the computer for codes?

Previous owner stated every other oil change. Oil has 500 miles in it i have noticed that it's using fuel and I smell fuel in the cab too. So hopefully it's just filter. Or its going to dealer and they will bend deciding a different truck.
