6.0 hesitates
i have a 2004 f250 6.0 and over the last few days when i stop at a light and wait a few seconds then go it hesitates for a second like your pulling a trailer and then goes fine. done it 3 times now this weekend has a fresh oil change and fuel filters. never tows. and has no codes and has had no trouble since i bought it. it has had all the updates according to the dealer that i bought it from, a local ford dealer where it has always been serviced.and all the fluids are where they should be it starts fine and runs fine before and after it happens only has 39,000 miles on it. nervous cause i know about the 6.0 and its rocky past with expensive repairs. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Possible slight exhaust issue causing slow spooling of the turbo, also the turbo vanes could be sticking, if it has never had a turbo then there is a revised turbo that has recess area to make the unison ring easier to turn, all inside the turbo. Could also be unrelated to turbo such as icp sensor. Unlikely fuel related since it runs fine after that. Tough to tell without codes, listen for exhaust leaks first.
