The product I am using is the FRP shown by 1tonner above. I got mine from the local supplier to Home Depot. Home Depot had a similar but not suitable product, but the store steered me to the wholesaler that had it. The colour is "white sand", very close to Wimbledon white.
I got all the pieces cut today; cuts easily with aircraft snips, sands well, and bends how you need it to. And it's stiff enough so it won't sag.
A tip - if you're not sure about sizing, cut the pieces a bit big because some of the panel edges don't show.
