quick question... head dimensions

quick question... head dimensions
Anyone have a head handy that they could measure for me (or head gasket)? Wondering what the dimensions of the head surface is.

So call it 8.25" x 21"... bummer...
I am looking at doing an engine build and was thinking of decking the heads my self but my biggest CNC machine has a 22" travel. I could do it but I would not be able to get all the way off the head with a 8.5-9" cutting head.

EDT: if I end up with a spare head I might try it anyway...
EDT2: never mind... I could never get the corners... I'd need at least 9 more inches (1/2 tool dia on each side)... Unless I do multiple passes... hmmm I have a 3" facemill... 5 passes... light cut of .002", ramp in and come back and zig zag ... I wonder what kind of surface finish I would get...
... maybe I will try.... anyone have a junk head they want to send me?
