Code P2285
Truck sounds like it is skipping, smooths out in higher RPMS, checked DTC with tuner, p2285 came up. Knowing the failure rate on the 03's I replaced ICP with no luck. In overdrive it shutters and skips. Rough idle, code came up again after I cleared it. Anyone got an idea what it could be? Any help would be appreciated

Did you also replace the pigtail when you replaced the ICP sensor? If the pigtail is oil contaminated it will also need replaced. You could also have weak injectors that aren't throwing codes. Did you check your FICM voltage?

03's are know to have a bad HPOP design...
... it's the HPOP, injector seals, nipple cups and that's all their is, it's one of those and the air test should show which one, then go after the injectors as Tim mentioned.

I didn't replace the pigtail because the connector looked good it was clean. I am replacing the pigtail tomorrow then if problem persists I will run tests. Injectors have 5k miles on them I would hope it isn't that. ficm voltage was 58ish I don't remember exactly, it has the 58v FICM.
