Stall with no start while towing camper

Okay guys took it for about a 10 minute drive and loaded the 50hp tow tune back in and it drove just like before. Checked for codes and the only thing that showed up is the
P0603 Powertrain Internal Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error
Any ideals on that code? I did a quick search and came up with it sometimes happens when loading tunes. I did load the 50 HP tow tune from my SCT.
I tried logging using my torque app but I think I need to play with that some more to learn it better. I most defiantly need to start running the Torque app so I keep can an eye on things. Can someone point me in the right direction on what are some of the values I am looking for on all the different PID's?
