2005 Died while running, now no start
I have a 2005, 6.0, Automatic, 190,000 miles. Truck has been running great, no issues until today. I was doing about 35 MPH and the engine just died. No warning, no bucking, no smoke. Now it wont start. I now have codes P0261, P0264, P0267, P0270, P0273, P0276, P0279, P0282, all cylinders Injection Circuit Low showed up after long cranks with no start. The only code I had immediately following the shutdown was P0266 Cylinder #2 Contribution/Balance Fault. After a long crank the oil pressure gauge pops up to normal.I disconnected the ICP and only got 2 additional codes related to the ICP, P2291 ICP Too Low/Cranking and P2623 ICP regulator/circuit open, but still did not get a start with it disconnected. I checked FICM voltage and saw something that has me puzzled. At initial power up, what I am assuming is the buzz test the voltage drops down to about 28 VDC, after the test it returns to 48 VDC, then while cranking remains at 48 VDC. There does not appear to be any smoke during cranking. Is this indicative of a bad FICM? By the way, I did the oil cooler, EGR delete, coolant filter add, SCT fitting update, turbo supply and return lines at about 150,000 miles. Like I said, the truck has run great ever since. I caught the EOT high after smelling what I though was an oil leak, found out the high EOT/ECT with the Scan Gaguge before any damage was found. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Fred
