And you asked for images ...
Here encircled in red is the stock location and factory sending unit (your sending unit may look different), Ignore my spray can rebuild!
And here is what someone did on one of my heap pile motors ...
Item encircled in red is the Steel Factory Stand off fitting, the item in green is a 1/4"NPT Brass Street Tee, the fittings going to the right are for the additional Oil Pressure gauge and you need to know what you need there, Purple is the sender that was used for the factory gauge.
-Enjoy

I'm not ready to go there, so you need not either ...
We all gotta start learning someplace!
You need something like Barstock Street Tee
And depending on the fitting size for your gauge, possibly something like Reducing Hex Head Bushing
I didn't price shop, you can likely get items that will work at your local hardware store.
Unscrew your current factory sending unit, Apply a small amount of NON PTFE pipe sealant (Commonly called Pipe Dope) thoroughly on the Threads of the Male end of the Street Tee (DO NOT GET ANY INSIDE), Screw the Street Tee into where you pulled the Factory sensor from and tighten snug, Apply some Pipe Dope to the Factory Sender threads and Screw it into the top of the Street Tee and tighten snug ...
At this point it's hard to say EXACTLY what you need because I cannot see your Gauge fitting sizes to know what you need to adapt too. I suspect it's 1/8"NPT pipe (That would be what the Reducing Hex Head Bushing is for), but it may also be something else.

Some things I ought to mention ...
Make sure you hold with a wrench the Factory Standoff fitting so you don't loosen it and cause a leak, If you remove it, clean around it's base before doing so, it gets dirty back there and you DO NOT want debris inside the system.
As you are tightening the Brass Street Tee, Keep in mind the orientation of the side port where you are going to hook your gauge, ensure it's pointed in a safe usable direction.
If you are installing a Manual Gauge with oil line, I PERSONALLY do not use plastic line, I use 1/8" copper line. There are pros and cons to both sides!
For either, ensure they are run in a fashion they don't get near exhaust heat, pinched, crushed, rubbed through, etc...
If you do use copper line, ensure there is a flex loop (a couple of coils not touching each other) between motor and firewall.
EDIT
Ensure there is a grommet where the line/wires go through the firewall.
-Enjoy
